We control quality by managing the entire design and build process – beginning to end. Everything is assembled by us and every product that leaves the building has been subjected to the most rigorous quality assurance process imaginable. We should know – we designed that too.
Wide Operating Temperature
The extreme and volatile environmental conditions on a rig mean that a wide-operating temp is crucial. Therefore all of our latest Zone 1 and 2 products operate between -40 and +60C.
Built-in Health Monitoring
Allows easy diagnosis of problems on screen(hours of use, shock, vibe, temperature, voltage monitoring).
IP66 rated
All of our Zone 1 and Zone 2 products have a robust IP66/Nema 4x on all six sides. No need to panel mount if you don’t want to.
Multi-touch PCT Touchscreen
Ultra-rugged hardened glass-based touchscreen (antiglare, UV, IR protection), with multi-touch PCT which allows gloved operation.
Hard-Anodised Aluminium Enclosures
We anodize our enclosures so our products are corrosion-resistant, ultra-rugged and durable, to withstand the harshest of Zone 1 and Zone 2 environments.
Custom-built, Integrated PSUs
We build our own power supplies. We integrate them within the unit and they’re designed to withstand the strains of dirty power on a rig.
Sunlight Readable
The 1301-Z1 and 1302-Z2 have a magnificent 1000 Nit PCT sunlight-viewable touchscreen with a glass front.
